1.How do I receive service call up?
Once Metricon scheduler has qualified the issue raised by customer or any issue that is discovered by
Metricon during "New Home Service" visit. Any issue will be logged in our service system and will be
assigned to Supplier or Trade for action/resolution.
Supplier/Trade will receive an email with details as shown in screenshot below.
2.What details are available to me?
The key details available in the email sent in the Service call up are as follows:
Task Details, Site address, Scheduled Date, PO Number (if relevant), Status, Urgency of the issue, Supplier Instruction,
Call up instruction any saftey risk identified by customer.
More detailed information is available in Supplier Portal. You will find Detailed Task information, Contact information for Metricon Staff & customer and any reference photos available.

3.What should I do if I am not available at date requested by Metricon?
However, Our expectation is that you will attend on the requested date Metricon provides wherever possible.
If you are unavailable to attend at the date requested by Metricon, you can reject the Task. Once you reject the task it becomes
your responsibiltiy to call customer and schedule a booking date/time and update us with confirmed date and time using the supplier portal.

4.How can I update status once I have completed the work?
Once the issue is resolved, you need to go back in to supplier portal and follow the instructions as shown in screenshot below to complete.
